Transportation is an integral part of our life. Plan and shape the transportation system, influence the movement of people and goods! Moreover, you will get a general idea of all transport modes, and you can also choose which one you would like to learn more about: road, rail, aviation, or waterborne.

A transportation engineer creates the transport network of a city, plans public transport timetables, determines economical operations of the vehicles, designs traffic light management systems, and the traffic order at intersections, but they also deal with the development, operation, and economics of transportation. A transportation engineer can organize and operate freight and passenger transport related processes, and select, operate, and maintain the tools of these processes, including the infrastructure and the elements of the management and information system.
